These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Star Selections (“we”, “us”) governing your use of the Astro Seek app and website (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Astro Seek calculates astrological charts from birth details you provide and produces readings, interpretations, and related tools. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
Astrological charts and readings are provided for personal insight and entertainment. They are not professional advice and are no substitute for qualified medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional guidance. Do not rely on the Service to make important decisions. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and at least the minimum age in our Privacy Policy. If you create an account, you are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account.
If the Service offers paid features, purchases are processed through the relevant app store or payment processor and are subject to their terms. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account.
The Service, including its software, design, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial use. Charts you generate from your own data are yours to keep and use.
The Service may rely on third-party data, calculations, and content. We do not warrant the accuracy or availability of such third-party material, and your use of it may be subject to additional terms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that astrological calculations or readings will be accurate or meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
